Why can I see only part of a course?

Either it is a free preview with the paid lessons locked, or you were granted a single module. The rest sits behind a subscribe or upgrade button.

Where do I resume a course and see what to do next?

Your dashboard shows a continue-course card, any pending exams, and recent activity. All your content is under My Courses.

What does it mean when a course or event asks me to apply?

It is a form you submit. The creator's reviewers approve, reject, or waitlist it, and on approval you are enrolled.

How do I switch between a creator's plans, and when does it take effect?

Use Change plan on your billing page to move between plans in the same group. Upgrading to a higher tier or longer cycle takes effect right away with a prorated charge. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current period, and you keep your current tier until then.

Can I get invoices or receipts for my payments?

Yes. Your billing page lists each subscription's invoices with date, amount, and status, and every paid invoice has a downloadable PDF from Stripe.

What happens if my subscription payment fails?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription becomes past due and access pauses until payment succeeds. Stripe retries the charge automatically, and a banner points you to your billing page to update your card. Once a retry works, access comes back.

Can I subscribe to more than one creator at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can hold subscriptions to several creators at the same time, and your billing page lists each one with its own renewal date and amount.

Which currency am I charged in?

Accepted Answer

The currency the creator set on that plan price. The amount you see at checkout and on your billing page is that currency, not a converted one.
