Question 1

Can I use my own brand and a custom domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can have a branded site with your own domain. The Kadens team provisions your site, then you design it yourself with a drag-and-drop block builder and AI tools. Custom branding is part of the Plus plan.

Question 2

Can I create my website with Kadens, for example as an artist?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sites are set up by the Kadens team, so if you are an artist who wants one, get in touch and we build it with you. Once it exists you design it yourself with a drag-and-drop block builder and AI tools.

Question 3

What is the difference between my profile and my academy?

Accepted Answer

They are two views of the same account. The profile is your public storefront, and the academy is the courses, plans, and community behind it.

Question 4

Do I need to follow or subscribe to read a creator's full community?

Accepted Answer

You need an active paid subscription to be a member and see everything. Following alone does not grant access.

Question 5

What can I post in a community?

Accepted Answer

A title and rich text, plus images, files, embedded videos, GIFs, a poll, tags, and mentions. Members can upvote, comment in threads, and vote in polls.

Question 6

What is Discover and how do I show up there?

Accepted Answer

Discover is the browse hub for courses, events, and communities. To appear there you need a profile photo, a cover image, and at least one published piece of content.

Question 7

Can I message other people directly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Kadens has built-in direct messaging with read receipts, typing indicators, and online status. You control who can message you, from everyone to only your students or nobody, and you can block anyone.

Question 8

Can AI help me build my site?

Accepted Answer

Once your site exists, Site Autopilot can generate a full draft from a short prompt using your tone, goals, brand color, and logo, or you can start from an instant template. You can also ask AI to write landing-page content, translate your site, and regenerate individual sections.
